Acupuncture is a time-tested healing practice that’s been used for thousands of years to support the body’s natural ability to heal and maintain balance.
It involves the gentle insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to activate the free flow of qi (energy) along pathways known as meridians. This helps restore balance and address the root cause of illness. From a modern medical perspective acupuncture stimulates the nervous system, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and encourages the release of natural pain relieving hormones in the body. Acupuncture is effective in treating a wide range of physical and emotional concerns including pain relief, hormonal imbalances, fertility, stress, anxiety, emotional well-being, digestive issues, insomnia, and much more as it supports overall wellness and preventive care.

Herbal medicine is a powerful complement to acupuncture, using custom-blended formulas made from plants, minerals, and occasionally animal-based substances to address imbalances at their root. These remedies are thoughtfully tailored to work in harmony with your body—supporting natural healing, balancing hormones, strengthening immunity, and promoting long-term wellness. By enhancing the body’s innate intelligence, herbal medicine helps restore balance from the inside out.

Cupping is a therapeutic technique that utilizes glass, plastic or silicone cups to create suction on the skin. This boosts circulation, relieves muscle tension, reduces inflammation, and supports the body's natural detoxification process. By drawing stagnant blood, lymph, and cellular waste to the surface, cupping helps to clear blockages and restore healthy function. Cupping is frequently applied to the arms, legs, and back, and is a valuable complement to acupuncture that helps relieve pain, enhance mobility, ease tension, improve respiratory health, and promotes deep relaxation and recovery.
-
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves gently scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to promote circulation, break up stagnation in the muscles and fascia, reduce inflammation, and encourage lymphatic flow.
Gua Sha is beneficial for relieving chronic pain, stiffness, headaches, respiratory issues, nausea, and can also support recovery from colds and flus.
Depending on the area treated, Gua Sha can be applied to the body to target deep tension and promote physical healing, or to the face, where a gentler technique is used to enhance circulation, help lift and tone the skin, and reduce puffiness to give the face a natural radiance.

Moxibustion is deeply warming and nourishing it is highly effective to treat conditions such as cold hands and feet, digestive issues, menstrual cramps, fatigue, and chronic pain. It is also commonly used to support fertility and boost the immune system.
